Baramulti appoints new director, commissioner

IDX-listed coal mining firm PT Baramulti Suksessarana Tbk (BSSR) appointed Soelendro Atmosoetjipto as its new Independent Director, and Henry Angkasa as a new member of the board of commissioners during an extraordinary shareholders meeting on Friday.
Shareholders also approved the resignation of independent director Lina Suwarli, and commissioner Stephen Ignatius.
Baramulti operates mines in South and East Kalimantan. The company said in December of last year it aimed to increase coal sales volume this year by 25 percent to 10.3 million tons.
