Baramulti?s commissioner resigns

IDX-listed coal mining company PT Barmulti Suksessarana Tbk announced on Wednesday the resignation of Stephen Ignatius Suharya as commissioner.
The firm said it will call an extraordinary shareholders meeting on the resignation pursuant to the existing regulation.
The firm operates a number of coal mines in South and East Kalimantan provinces.
