Baramulti?s president director resigns

IDX-listed coal mining company PT Baramulti Suksessarana Tbk accepted the resignation of its President Director Harry Angkasa on Monday, May 23, 2016 as announced by the firm in a statement on Wednesday.
The company, as mentioned in a statement, will follow up the resignation of Harry Angkasa in an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders. There is no further detail regarding the reason of Harry?s resignation.
Baramulti, which operates coal mines in South and East Kalimantan last year managed to increase net profit by tenfold at US$26.38 million from $2.5 million in the previous year thanks to gains resulting from various efficiency measures including the completion of infrastructure facilities in the previous year.
