Baran Energy launches electric battery for power storages

PT Aldebaran Rekayasa Cipta (Baran Energy), a renewable energy-based startup company, has launched an electric battery that can be used by consumers to store electricity.
Founder and CEO of Baran Energy Victor Wirawan said at present the company is developing three variants of batteries with different storage capacity. One of its products, called PowerWall with capacity of 8.8 kWh, can meet the electricity needs of households at 1,300-10,000 watts.
He said Thursday (18/07) the storage capacity of the battery can adjusted in line with the consumers’ needs. The launching of the product is also in line with the goverment’s comittment to stimulate the utilization of renewable energy.
As for medium-sized industries, Baran Energy also offers Power Pack batteries with capacity of 126 kWh, while for large industries, plants, plantation and mining can use this PowerCube battery with capacity of 1.2 mWh.
In addition to battery, Baran Energy also offers electric equipment such as solar panels and inverters.
