Baturona seeks higher coal production this year

South Sumatra coal mining firm PT Baturona Adimulya, which is part of the Uresources Group, has submitted a production plan of 2 million tons this year to the Directorate General of Mineral and Coal at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.
Pulung Perangin-angin, President Director of Uresources, told Petromindo.com recently that last year Baturona produced 1 million tons of coal, up from 700,000 tons in 2015.
Baturona is a coal firm holding the so-called third generation coal contract of work (PKP2B) with concession located in Sungai Lilin and Keluang districts, Musi Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra Province.
