Bayan commissioner tenders resignation

IDX-listed coal mining firm PT Bayan Resources Tbk announced Thursday that company Commissioner Ridha Djuanda Muliawibawa Wirakusumah had on December 13 tendered a resignation letter.
The company said in a statement that it would hold a shareholders meeting to decide on the proposed resignation. No further details were provided.
