BDx Data Centers has secured a $320 million loan facility to accelerate the development of AI-ready digital infrastructure across Asia, the company said on Wednesday.

The financing, led by Bank Permata, Bank Central Asia and KB Bank, will support expansion projects in Indonesia as well as refinancing of existing debt on more favourable terms.

Part of the proceeds will be used to further develop CGK3, BDx’s AI-focused data center campus in Jakarta, which began operations in September 2025. The facility is designed to handle high-density computing and is among the first in the city to deploy liquid-cooling technology to support advanced artificial intelligence workloads.

Additional funds will go toward increasing high-voltage grid capacity at the company’s Jatiluhur (CGK4) and Suryacipta (CGK5) campuses to 1.2 gigavolt-amperes (GVA), targeting growing demand from hyperscale and AI customers in the region.

Chief Executive Mayank Srivastava said the financing reflects strong confidence in the company’s strategy to build next-generation infrastructure for AI-driven growth.

“By investing in AI-optimized liquid-cooling infrastructure, high-voltage power platforms and scalable campuses, we are developing the next generation of infrastructure for AI workloads,” he said.

Indonesia is one of Southeast Asia’s fastest-growing digital markets, driven by rising adoption of cloud computing and artificial intelligence. BDx said its investments are focused on building energy-efficient and resilient facilities to meet long-term demand.
