Benakat, Indokreasi extend date of acquisition talk

IDX-listed energy company PT Benakat Petroleum Energy Tbk said that the company and PT Indokreasi Nuansa Sejahtera agreed to extend date on meeting the needed requirements for its sales and purchase agreement until December 31 at the latest.
Under the agreement, Benakat will acquire shares of Indokreasi in coal mining infrastructure company PT Astrindo Mahakarya (PT AMP) with a total transaction of US$600 million.
It said that PT AMP has the required supporting facilities such as special coal port, on-land conveyor, coal processing plant and crusher.
