Benakat Petroleum Energy completes acquisition on AMI

IDX-listed PT Benakat Petroleum Energy Tbk (?BIPI?) said that the company has completed transaction in acquisation of PT Astrindo Mahakarya Indonesia ( ?AMI?) worth at Rp600 million.

"We have realized the acquisation of AMI," President Director of BIPI MS Noor said in a press statement, adding that the acquisition is expected to help improve financial performance of the company in coming years. AMI is coal infrastructure company with a number of assest including coal port with capacity of 48 million tons per year, and an over-land conveyor with capacity 73.5 tons per year.
