Benakat: PHL to ramp up coal output to 395,000t next year

IDX-listed PT Benakat Integra Tbk reported that coal production at its indirect coal mining subsidiary PT Putra Hulu Lematang (PHL) in the January-June period of this year totaled 23,387 tons, and overburden removal volume of 125,256 tons.
The company said in a presentation material Monday that PHL, which operates 1,186 hectares coal concession in South Sumatra, is expected to ramp up coal production to 395,000 tons next year. The company did not disclose production target for this year.
Benakat acquired at the end of 2014 PT Mega Abadi Jayatama, which owns 50 percent interest in PHL.
