Benakat sells all shares in manganese subsidiary

IDX-listed PT. Benakat Integra Tbk announced on Wednesday its subsidiary PT Benakat Mining had closed a deal with PT Trisurya Lintas Energi to sell all of its shares in PT Nusa Energy Raya (NER), which owns a manganese concession in Manggarai regency, East Nusatenggara Province.
The firm said in a statement Benakat Mining sold all its 3,600 shares or 80 percent of total shares in NER for Rp 3.6 billion.
The deal was signed on Monday, according to the firm. Benakat is primarily engaged in coal, and oil and gas infrastructure development.
