Berau Coal bags supply contract from HK?s China Light and Power

East Kalimantan coal producer PT. Berau Coal said on Tuesday it had bagged 1-year contract to supply coal to Hong Kong utility firm China Light and Power, a company official said.
Berau Coal president Jeffrey Muljono told Petromindo.Com that the contract would call for 7 shipments of coal at 140,000 tonnes each starting October this year to December 2004.
Berau Coal operates a coal-mine in Berau regency in the northern part of East Kalimantan. (godang)
