Berau Coal eyeing another TaiPower contract

East Kalimantan coal miner PT.Berau Coal would submit bid to supply 500,000 tons per annum of coal to Taiwan’s utility firm TaiPower, a company official said.

President Jeffrey Muljono told Petromindo.Com Tuesday that TaiPower’s tender called for 4-5 years supply contract. “We’ll submit the bid on Wednesday,” he said.

Berau has already secured term contract to supply 1 millionton per annum of coal to TaiPower. (godang)
