Berau Coal increase coal supply to Lati mine mouth power plant

Coal mining company PT Berau Coal Energy will increase its coal supply to Lati mine mouth power plant in Lati, Berau regency, East Kalimantan this year.

Industrial source told Petromindo.com that the company will supply about 120.000 ton this year, up from 100,000 tons in previous years.

The source revealed that the power plant will increase its capacity from 2x7 MW to 3x7 MW this year. "The development of additional 1x7 MW capacity has been on going for about one year and is expected to be commissioned this year," the source said.

The power plant is operated by PT. Indo Pusaka Berau, which is controlled by PT Indonesia Power.
