Berau Coal secures deal with Hong Kong Electric

East Kalimantan based coal mining firm on Monday said that it had secured agreement to supply 840,000 tons of coal to Hong Kong power generating firm Hong Kong Electric.
?The deal is good for one year and shipment has already started in December 2001,? said Berau Coal gneral manager of finance and administration Tria Supradjeni on Monday.
Tria said the one-year-deal was divided to 70,000 tons shipment each month. (alex/godang)
