Berlian Laju wins $90 m VLGC contract from Pertamina

IDX-listed shipping firm PT Berlian Laju Tanker Tbk announced on Monday that it has won time charter contract to provide a Very Large Gas Carrier (VLGC) to state oil and gas company PT Pertamina (Persero).
The Company said the duration of the contract was for 7 years with contract value of around US$90 millions.
The contract was the first given to Indonesian firm, according to the Company.
To meet the contract, the Company has agreed to purchase Commander N, a VLGC with total capacity of 78,543 CBM built by Japan?s NKK Corporation.(alex)
