Bhakti eyeing to acquire oil, gas, coal projects

IDX-listed investment firm PT Bhakti Investama reported on Friday that it was in talks to acquire stake at several undisclosed oil, gas projects in West Papua and Sumatra.
The Company said it is now conducting due diligence on one of the projects and may make acquisition in 1-6 month?s time subject to due diligence results.
The Company also said it was eyeing several coal projects in Sumatra and Kalimantan and has signed Conditional Sales and Purchase Agreement on one of the projects, which will be finalized in 1-6 months. (alex)
