Bhakti to acquire coal mining firm

IDX-listed investment firm PT Bhakti Investama TBk said it was finalizing acquisition of a coal mining company.
Director Hary Djaja told Investor daily that the acquisition of the undisclosed company would be completed in the first quarter of this year.
The report said the Company is also conducting due diligence on an oil, gas company with a view to complete acquisition this quarter. The Company?s shares price had almost doubled from Rp.215 to Rp.410 (US$= Rp.9,300) in the past week. (*)
