Bhatia?s 2010 coal import from Indonesia reached 10 Mt

Indian trading firm Bhatia International Ltd said that last year?s coal import from Indonesia reached 10.2 million tonnes, a company official said.

Vikas Vijayvargia from the company?s Indonesian unit PT. Bhatia International told Petromindo.Com on Tuesday that this year, the company plans to increase coal import from Indonesia to 13 million tonnes.

The coal mostly comes from Indonesia?s top 10 producers operating in Kalimantan, he said without naming the companies. (denny)
