Bhimasena Power Indonesia opens coal supply tender

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

General Information

PT Bhimasena Power Indonesia ("BPI") is the owner including as the operation and maintenance Company of the Central Java Coal-Fired Power Plant (the "Plant"), a 2 x 1,000MW ultra-supercritical coal-fired power plant with commercial operation since 2022. The Plant consumes approximately 8 million tonnes of sub-bituminous coal annually, and BPI is seeking proposals from Indonesian coal producers to enter into long term supply agreements to supply coal to the Plant, with first coal deliveries expected to occur in early of October 2026.

Indonesian coal producers who can fulfil the following basic requirements are invited to submit proposals. Please note that BPI will not accept proposals from agents or traders.

Basic Requirements

Quantity to be contracted	:	up to 3,000,000 tonnes per year
Contract Term	:	5 years, plus up to 3 further terms of 5 years each cycle long term at BPl's sole option
Reserves	:	Sufficient for mine life of 25 years minimum
Production Capacity	:	5 million tonnes per year minimum
Operational history	:	5 years minimum at no less than 5 million tonnes per year
Experience	:	Must have experience in supplying PLN and/or IPPs
Pricing	:	CIF Batang, Central Java
Coal Unloading Jetty	:	by barge of 8,000 to 14,000 DWT
Financial Strength	:	Bidders to provide the audited financial statements to demonstrate financial strength.

HHV (kcal/kg gar)	:	4,500 min, 5,200 max
Total Moisture (arb)	:	0% min, 28% max
HGI	:	40 min, 60 max
Ash (adb)	:	0% min, 10% max
Sulphur (adb)	:	0% min, 0.6% max

Bid Document Collection

Bid documents may be collected at the address stated below between 08:30 and 17:30 from April 13^th, 2026, through April 15^th, 2026. All proposals must be submitted no later than 17:30 on May 1^st, 2026.
