Invitation to Express Interest
IndoMet Coal Project is inviting expressions of interest for the following contract packages associated with the development and mining of Coal Resource for PT Juloi Coal and PT Lahai Coal.
PT. Juloi Coal and PT Lahai Coal are Coal Contract?s of Work and are a joint venture between BHP Billiton and Adaro located in the Central Kalimantan Province.
CAMP OPERATIONS AND MANAGEMENT
This request is to seek interested prospective Contractors to Pre-Qualify for Camp Operations and Management at the following facilities in East Kalimantan:
? Bumbun Exploration Base Camp (150 persons)
? 3 to 5 Fly Camps (50 to 75 persons)
? Tuhup Exploration Transit Camp (160 persons)
A general overview of the Operation and Management Scope of Work includes Reception, Logistics, Inventory Control, Catering, Cleaning, Janitorial, Maintenance, Asset Management, Reporting and the like.
HAJU MINE DEVELOPMENT CIVIL DESIGN
This request is to seek interested prospective Contractors to Pre-Qualify for civil design work for:
? Mine Industrial Area bulk earthworks, macro water management system and water supply borefield/dams, roads and intersections, and
? Mine Establishment works for haul roads, sediment ponds, diversion drains, water treatment facilities and waste dump preparation
MUARA TUHUP PORT MATERIALS HANDLING
This request is to seek interested prospective Contractors to Pre-Qualify for The supply, installation and commissioning of the structural, mechanical and electrical equipment associated with a coal handling plant including:
? Stockyard and shiploading conveyor systems,
? Electrical distribution, plant control and IT system,
? Power station complete with fuel unloading, storage and distribution facilities.
1. IndoMet Project Requirements:
Potential Contractors shall submit an Expression of Interest which includes:
a) Details of experience and past performance.
b) Details of company profile and audited financial statements
c) Details of company qualification as a ?Local Mining Services Company ?(Perusahaan Jasa Pertambangan Lokal) or a ?National Mining Services Company? (Perusahaan Jasa Pertambangan Nasional) as defined under the Indonesian Regulation of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources No 28 of 2009 on the Administration of Mineral and Coal Mining Services Business.
Potential contractors may then be invited to pre-qualify for the tender process.
