1. Scope of Work
Project: IndoMet Coal Project - Early Works:
PT. Lahai Coal is a Coal Contract of Work, a joint venture between BHP Billiton and Adaro located In the Central Kalimantan Province.

Scope of Work:
This request is to seek interested prospective Contractors to Pre. Qualify for the PT. Lahai Coal Road which will be constructed from the Port at Muara Tuhup to the proposed Haju mine. The expected award value of this Construction Contract is greater than USD $20 million dollars.

A general overview of the Scope of Work includes the following:
? Approx 26 km of refurbishing an existing road Approx 15km new road to link refurbished road to proposed mine site
? Replacement of existing timber bridges with permanent concrete and steel structures
? Construction of road crossings to protect local fauna
? Development of drainage works to minimize erosion and sediment deposition in local waterways
? Temporary construction camp(s)

2. Prequalification Requirements:
Potential Tenderers must submit prequalification documents as set out below:
a) Past Performance and Capability Statement
b) Labor resources and certifications
c) Quality Assurance Program Certificate, and HSE Program Plan
d) Copy of latest fiscal year report and proven payment of Income Tax
e) Copy of latest Financial Statement, Audited by Public accountant
f) Copy of Certificates issued by the applicable accredited association which clearly indicates potential Tenderers classification or business field4sub field and qualification of experience.
g) Organizational Chart
h) Resources: Plant Materials and Equipment
i) Articles of Association
j) Details of company qualification as a ?Local Mining Services Company (Perusahaan Jasa Pertambangan Lokal) or a National Mining Services Company? (Perusahaan Jasa Pertambangan Nasional) as defined under the Indonesian Regulation of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources No 28 of 2009 on the Administration of Mineral and Coal Mining Services Business.
