Binamitra sees higher coal output in 2012

East Kalimantan coal miner PT Binamitra Sumberarta plans to produce 1 million tonnes in next year, up from this year?s target of 800,000 tonnes, the company?s official told Petromindo.Com.
The official said that with the current production, its mine still has 15-year of mine life.
All the coal is sold to trading firms. At present, the company has a long-term deal with Bulk Trading and other major trading firms the official said without giving further details.
The mine, located in Sanga-Sanga, Kutai Kartanegara regency produces the so-called ?Delta Coal? which has a low ash content, low sulphur and CV range of around 5,850-5,950 kcal/kg.(denny)
