Blackgold divests 3.43% stake in Rukun Raharja

British Virgin Islands-based Blackgold Resources Ltd has divested 3.43 percent stake in IDX-listed energy provider and distributor company PT Rukun Raharja Tbk.
Rukun Raharja said in a statement on Monday that the stake was sold to securities firm PT Minna Padi Investama on September 18.
The divestment reduces Blackgold?s stake in Rukun Raharja to 16.44 percent, the statement added. No further details were provided.
