Bomb threat turns to be hoax

Bomb threat at the ministry of energy and mineral resources this morning turned to be a hoax after police bomb squad that swept the ministry's compound failed to find the bomb.

Central Jakarta police chief Bambang Hermanu told reporters that the area was declared clear and activities were back to normal.

A ministry official early this morning received bomb threa. No one claimed responsibility for the threat.(godang)
