PT Badak NGL, the operator of the Bontang LNG plant in East Kalimantan, has thus far delivered 73 out of the 169 cargoes of LNG it plans to produce throughout the year, according to an official of the firm.

"Until mid-June, 73 standard cargoes have been delivered from the total target of 169 cargoes this year," President Director of Badak Salis Aprilian said to Petromindo.com in Jakarta.

He said that there is no decrease in production at the Bontang plant, especially with the additional gas from the Jangkrik field (Eni) starting last May.

"God will, (Bontang plant is) still operating with four trains, with gas feed still around 1,500-1,600 mmscfd, thanks to additional gas from Bangka field (Chevron IDD) and Jangkrik field (Eni)," Salis said.
