Bontang LNG plant to produce 148 cargoes this year

The Bontang LNG plant in East Kalimantan will produce 148 standard (std) cargoes of LNG and 7 std cargoes of LPG this year.
This was said by Salis Aprilian, President Director and CEO of PT Badak NGL, the operator of the LNG plant, a subsidiary of state owned oil and gas firm PT Pertamina (Persero) on Thursday.
The figures provided by Salis was different from the ones provided by Pertamina?s VP for LNG, Gas & Power at Gas Directorate Didik Sasongko Widi on Jan. 7, 2015 who said the LNG plant plans to produce 170 std cargoes this year.
Last year, according to Didik, the plant produced 185 std cargoes.
