State owned oil and gas firm PT Pertamina (Persero) targets the Bontang LNG plant in East Kalimantan to produce 140 std (standard) cargoes of LNG and six cargoes of LPG next year, a decrease from this year?s targets of to 175 std cargoes of LNG and eight cargoes of LPG

?The production is projected to decrease due to natural depletion,? VP for LNG Marketing Didik Sasongko Widi told Petromindo.com

Didik said Pertamina has stopped selling Bontang?s 2015 LNG production as all the productions have been sold out. Now, the firm has started selling the 2016 LNG production.

?We are done with spot selling for this year. We now start marketing next year?s productions. We eye traditional markets plus China, India, Pakistan and Middle East,? Didik said.
