Bormindo gets Rp 150 billion loan from Syariah Mandiri

PT Bormindo Nusantara signed on Thursday a loan facility agreement with PT Bank Syariah Mandiri by which the bank will provide the former with Rp 149.9 billion in loan, according to IDX-listed PT Ancora Indonesia Resources Tbk.
Bormindo, which is specialized in providing supportive services in the oil and gas industry, including rig construction and services, is 60 owned by the IDX-listed PT Ancora Indonesia Resources Tbk.
?The loan facility amounts to more than 20 percent of the company?s consolidated equity,? the firm said in a statement.
