Oil, gas drilling services unit PT Bormindo Nusantara, a subsidiary of PT Ancora Indonesia Resources, projects its revenue to drop to US$20 million this year from $30 million last year due to decline in rig rental services.
Deputy CEO of PT Bormindo Nusantara, Charles D. Gobel, said that the company expected its contracts to increase to $25 million next year.
He said at present the company operated nineland rigs, two of which were not active. ?We are taking part in tenders at PT Chevron Pacific Indonesia, Pertamina and PT Exxon Mobil Indonesia,? he said,
Charles said that the company planned to acquire more rigs if the company could secure a long-term contract. (giok)
