Borneo Indobara slashes production target

South Kalimantan coal miner PT.Borneo Indobara said it will not be able to meet production target of 2 million tonnes this year.
A company official told Petromindo.Com that the company slashed production target by 20 percent due to land acquisition problems.
?We hope to complete land acquisition this year to boost production to 3-4million tonnes in 2010, the official said.
Borneo Indobara is a unit of pulp paper and plantation conglomerate Sinar Mas Group. The mine produced 1 million tonnes of coal in 2008. (denny)
