Borneo Lumbung appoints Alex Ramli as new boss

Stakeholders of IDX-listed coking coal producer PT Borneo Lumbung Energi & Metal Tbk appointed Alex Ramlie as the company?s new president director to replace Samin Tan.

The decision was made in the company?s extraordinary stakeholder meeting in Jakarta on Friday.

?Alex will be President Director of Borneo Lumbung starting today,? the company?s Director of Marketing, Kenneth Raymond Allan said after the meeting on Friday.

He said that at the meeting, Samin and Geroad Jufuf resigned from their post as President Director and Corporate Secretary, respectively. (adianto)
