IDX-listed coal miner PT Borneo Lumbung Energi & Metal Tbk plans to build a 112-kilometer hauling road linking the company?s coal concession area in Murung Raya, Central Kalimantan and Mahakam river.
Borneo Lumbung President Director Alexander Ramli said in Jakarta that the construction is pending government approval.
?We cannot start the road construction because we have not yet received the government?s permit to build the road which will pass the border areas between Central Kalimantan and East Kalimantan,? he added.
Meanwhile, the company?s Marketing Director Ken Allan said that Central Kalimantan Governor Teras Narang wanted the road to be built within the Central Kalimantan area, not passing other province.
