PT Aneka Petroindo Raya (APR), a joint venture entity of British Petroleum (BP) and PT AKR Corporindo Tbk, has opened a fuel station at a Rest Area of the Cipularang toll road in West Java.
The fuel station is the JV's 10th fuel station.
President Director of Aneka Petroindo Raya, Peter Molloy said the company is excited with the opening of the fuel station given the high-volume of cars traveling from Jakarta to Bandung and vice versa.
"Looking at the expanding of toll roads in Indonesia, BP AKR is hoping that its fuel stations will be able to provide the best quality and services to its customers," Peter Molloy said.
BP AKR's fuel stations offer three grades of fuel, namely BP90, BP92 and BP95, which contain BP unique ACTIVE technology formula and high quality diesel, which has the capability to protect car engines.
The JV company officially opened its first retail fuel station in De Latinos, Serpong, near Jakarta in November last year.
Since then, the company has opened a total of ten fuel stations, namely Jababeka-Cikarang, Cibubur- East Jakarta, Bintaro-South Tangerang, Mendrisio Paramount-Gading Serpong, Telukjambe-Karawang, Kota Harapan Indah–Bekasi, the latest fuel station in Cipularang toll road, as well as two fuel stations in Surabaya; namely in Gubeng and Kertajaya.
