BPH Migas to announce gas pipeline toll fee soon

Downstream oil and gas regulatory body BPH Migas said it would announce toll fee payable by all users of the gas pipelines owned by state-owned oil and gas Pertamina and state gas distributor PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN) next month.
?The toll fee formula is being discussed. Once it is completed, all the users of Pertamina and PGN?s pipelines should pay toll fee,? Indrayana Chaidir, the agency's director of natural gas at oil and gas, said in Jakarta on Wednesday.
He said that the fee would be fixed according to the formula proposed by BPH Migas. ?We hope the regulation will be implemented in August this year,? he said
He refused to specify the toll fee, but a source said it would be between 82 U.S. cent and US$1 per million British thermal unit. (godang)
