BPH Migas to issue aviation fuel regulation today

BPH Migas is scheduled to issue regulation on aviation fuel trading today, paving way for non-Pertamina firms to enter the business, Republika daily reported.

BPH Migas Committee Member Adi Subagyo said that under the regulation, new players would be obliged to cooperate with Pertamina to sell aviation fuel in existing airports.

A number of companies that had expressed interest in entering the business including BP, Shell, Oiltanking, Petronas, AKR and Total. (*)
