Downstream regulator BPH Migas is set to raise the toll fee of the gas pipeline in South Sumatra owned by Perusahaan Daerah Pertambangan Dan Energi (PDPDE), a company owned by the South Sumatra provincial administration.

During a recent public hearing, BPH MIgas proposed to raise the toll fee of the pipeline to 0.730 US cents per mscf, from 0.455 cents per mscf as stated in BPH Migas Chairman Circular No: 21/2015, BPH Migas? Gas Director Umi Asngadah said in a statement.

All parties participated in the public hearing including PLN and anti-monopoly watchdog KPPU accepted the proposal, according to the statement. BPH MIgas will thus hold a committee meeting to determine the new toll fee.
