BPH Migas to revise regulation on tender of gas distribution network region

Downstream oil and gas authority BPH Migas said it plans to revise Regulation No 12/P/BPH Migas/III/2008 concerning tender of gas distribution network region and transmission segment.
BPH Migas said in a statement last week that the old regulation is no longer compatible with the current development in gas transmission business via pipeline.
It added that the revision of the regulation is required to help accelerate the development of gas infrastructure facilities in the country.
