BPHMIGAS announces 3 new candidates to distribute fuel subsidy

Downstream oil and gas regulator BPHMIGAS has picked PT AKR, Malaysia?s Petronas and PT Surya Parna Niaga as additional candidates to distribute fuel subsidy in 2012, apart from state oil and gas company PT Pertamina.
?We have declared three candidates to accompany Pertamina,? said BPHMIGAS chairman Tubagus Haryono.
Among the three candidates, Surya Parna Niaga is a new player in subsidized fuel distribution. The company engages in gas and petrochemical sectors. (*)
