BPMIGAS says Santos? Jeruk could flow 150,000 BOPD

Indonesian upstream oil and gas authority BPMIGAS said on Monday that Santos? Jeruk discovery might add 150,000 BPD to Indonesian oil production when fully developed.

?We are hopeful that the Jeruk field could flow oil as early as 2008,? said BPMIGAS vice-chairman Kardaya Warnika. Kardaya said that further delineation drillings and 3D seismic must be undertaken to get the field?s accurate estimate reserves.

Santos gave estimate of 170 million barrels of oil in Jeruk following appraisal drilling of Jeruk-2 that flowed 7,488 BOPD. (godang)
