BPMIGAS to tender 15 spot LNG cargoes

Upstream oil, gas authority BPMIGAS said Indonesia will sell 15 cargoes of LNG through spot tender this year with deliveries to customers expected between end of this year to early next year.

Spokesperson Elan Biantoro was quoted by media as saying that the 15 LNG cargoes was excess production from Bontang and Arun LNG plants for this year.

According to Elan, BPMIGAS is now preparing tender process for the 15 LNG cargoes. He expected the cargoes to be exported to China, South Korea and Japan.(godang)
