Breaking news: Elia Manik appointed as new Pertamina president director

President Director of state-owned plantation firm PT PTPN III Elia Massa Manik has been appointed as the new President Director of state-owned oil and gas firm PT Pertamina.

Deputy of State Minister of State Owned Enterprises for Financial Services Business and Consultancy, Gatot Tirhargo handed over the letter of appointment to Elia on Thursday at the ministry?s office.

The Office of the State Minister of State Owned Enterprises, following recommendation from the board of commissioners of PT Pertamina, dismissed Dwi Sutjipto as the company?s president director in early February along with deputy president director Ahmad Bambang amid conflict between the two leaders.
