BRMS names Suseno as President Director

IDX-listed PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk (BMRS] appointed Suseno Pramadi Brata as President Director to replace Samin Tan who tendered his resignation in extraordinary shareholders general meeting.
In the same occasion, BRMS accepted Kenneth Patrick Ferrel's resignation as Vice President Director. BRMS also assigned Fuad Helmy as Director in the company.
"Suseno and Fuad both have long experiences in mining sector. Suseno has 25 years of experience in mining and worked with PT Adaro before joining Bumi Resources as CEO," BRMS Investor Relations officer Herwin Hidayat said.
