BSA Logistics completes acquisition of container depot operator

Integrated multimodal logistics and supply chain company PT BSA Logistics Indonesia Tbk (IDX: WBSA) has completed the acquisition of a 99.999% stake in PT Sinar Jatimitra (SJM), strengthening its container depot business as part of its operational expansion strategy.
The company said it completed the purchase on June 25 through separate share purchase transactions with PT Bina Sinar Amity and PT Kreasi Adisarana.
The acquisition follows a conditional share purchase agreement signed in October 2025 and amended in April 2026 to acquire a majority stake in SJM.
BSA Logistics said the transaction forms part of its strategy to internalize operational capabilities supporting its container depot services.
The company expects the acquisition to have a positive impact on its operational performance and support its broader operational development strategy.
