BSP-Pertamina Hulu exceeds lifting target

Joint Operating Body (JOB) PT Bumi Siak Pusako (BSP)-Pertamina Hulu, which operates the Coastal Plain Pekanbaru (CPP) block in Riau Province, said average oil lifting last year reached 12,885 bpd, exceeding the 12,343 bpd target set by upstream authority SKK Migas.

Bisnis Indonesia quoted Senior Operation Manager at the JOB, Novi Sugianto as saying Friday that total oil production of CPP block last year was 4,715,677 barels, lower than the previous year. No comparative figure was provided.

Novi said average oil production last year stood at 14,025 bpd, higher than the 13,170 bpd set by SKK Migas.(*)
