BSSR sees flat output from AGM mine next year

IDX-listed coal mining company PT Baramulti Suksessarana Tbk (BSSR) has set a coal production target of 7 million tons next year from its South Kalimantan concession operated by subsidiary PT Antang Gunung Meratus (AGM).

Elia Yuanta, Director of BSSR told Petromindo.com on Tuesday that the 2016 output target is the same with this year?s target of 7 million tons.

?We are targeting of 7 million tons output this year, and will maintain this output target in 2016 as we have regular buyers from India, so we are maintaining our existing clients,? he said.

Elia earlier stated the company would be able to sell around 6.6 million tons of coal this year from the targeted 7 million tons sales volume amid the coal price downturn.

In addition, Elia revealed that the company is seeking around 1 million tons output from it coal concession located in Loa Janan, East Kalimantan, next year, the same as the target for this year.
