Bukit Asam: PQ for Tanjung Enim-coal handling facility phase III EPC

A. PT. Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk Tanjung Enim - South Sumatera is pleased to invite both National and International Construction Companies to submit their interest and to participate in the prequalification phase of Engineering, Procurement and Construction/EPC Tender for the following works:
PACKAGE 12-073 ( EPC Coal Handling Facility MTBU-B Phase-3 & Crushing Plan ?TAL, CHF-SP1, CHF-SP-2 Tanjung Enim)
Scope of Works: To carry out the EPC works including Commissioning and Performance Test to increase the capacity of the existing Tanjung Enim Coal Handling Facility to 25 million TPA which consists of:
a. Site preparation.
b. Coal Conveyor & Crushing system MTBU-B Phase 3 with a nominal capacity of 500 TPH.
c. Crushing Plan TAL, CHF-SP1 CHF-SP2, which consists of:
- Reclaiming system including reclaim conveyor, apron feeder, reclaim feeder, primary crusher with a nominal capacity of 2,400 TPH.
- Stacking conveyor system to Stockpile 1 (SP1) including Travelling Stacker with a capacity of 2.400 TPH.
- Stacking conveyor system to Stockpile 2 (SP2) with a capacity of 2,400 TPH.
d. Earth works.
e. Other associated works

Registration shall be by the Director or by the Officer with Letter of Authority signed by the Director.
C. Interested company must fulfill the following general criteria (detail criteria is stipulated in PQ Document):
a. Legal Firm establishment and its changes;
b. Company Registration in Indonesia ( TDP ) and Letter of Domicile Certification or Surat ijin tempat Usaha (SITU):
c. Valid Business Certificate of Consultancy Service License;
d. Tax Registration (NPWP & PKP).
e. Valid Company Certification published by Association which Classification and Qualification related to scope of work;
f. All tax (SPT / PPH) settled for the end of the year (2009) and monthly report for PPh Section 25 and 23 or PPN at least up to 9 (six) months (January to September 2012) at the registration;
g. Hold International Certificates of Quality Management System to ISO 9000, Safety and Health Management System, Environmental Management System Policy and implementation.
h. Company Financial Report for the last 3 (three) years (2009 to 2011) which have been audited by a Listed Public Accountant, including the opinion, also having enough financial capacity shown by proved current asset and current liabilities based on Latest Annual Financial Report (Bankable for executing this works);
i. Bank statement for the last 6 (six) months (March to September 2012);
j. Deliver company experience of the tendered related works of minimum USD 17,5 millions works value (previous and on going) at least within last 10 (ten) years (by attaching copy of the Contract, Handing over certificate, and reference letter).
k. Company may organize a Joint Operation (JO) or Consortium by attaching the Agreement and nominating the Lead Firm.
l. Deliver statement that the Company and/or ifs Director is not being charged in criminal case, not in bankruptcy and all declared data are correct.
D. Delivered Documents will be secretly handled, and its compliance will be evaluated.
E. Only qualified companies that will be invited as the Tender Participant.
