Bukit Baiduri sees flat production for next year

East Kalimantan coal miner PT Bukit Baiduri Energi (BBE) sees flat production of 2.1-2.4 million tonnes of coal for next year, the company?s official told Petromindo.Com.
The official said that that all of next year?s output would be used to meet existing export contracts. ?There is no possibility to cater for a new demand,? the official said.
BBE is on track to produce 2.4 million tonnes of coal this year, the official said, adding that the company is eyeing domestic market coal supply to meet domestic market obligation (DMO)
?We are in talks with several domestic buyers, including PLN and cement plants,? the official without giving further details. (denny)
