Buma gets $200m mining contract from Bumi?s unit

IDX-listed firm PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk announced on Monday its mining contracting unit PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (BUMA) has secure contract extension to mine for South Kalimantan miner PT Arutmin Indonesia.

Under the deal, BUMA will undertake mining works at Arutmin?s Pit 4-7 within Senakin mine.

Under the contract worth US$200 million, BUMA will remove 81 million bcm of overburden and mine 6.7 million tonnes of coal. Previous contract was signed in 2008.

Arutmin is a unit of IDX-listed coal mining giant PT Bumi Resources Tbk.(denny)
