Buma secures $48m of loan facility

Indonesia?s second biggest coal contracting firm PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (Buma), a wholly owned unit of IDX-listed PT Delta Dunia Makmur, has secured U$48 million loan facility from Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC), the parent company has said. The parent company did not give further details.

BUMA expects to excavate between 36.4 million tons and 38.2 million tons from the company?s clients this year, between 5 percent and 10 percent higher than the previous year?s. The company?s clients include PT Adaro Indonesia, PT Berau Coal, PT Kideco Jaya Agung, PT Perkasa Inakakerta, PT Gunungbayan Pratama Coal and PT Kaltim Prima Coal.
